• Keep sterile fields intact during bedside procedures and anticipate needs.
• Maintain the outcome-focused pace of a busy Amarillo ER while ensuring accuracy.
• Translate the care plan into daily tasks the nursing team can execute on a freelance schedule.
• Close the loop on every order — placed, acknowledged, completed, charted.
• De-escalate agitated patients with presence and voice before restraints.
