• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Anchor the remote care team through EHRs and Telemetry Monitoring from intake to follow-up at Hobbs, NM.
• Run point on ICU Care education days, translating clinical guidance into language patients keep.
• Run the remote clinic's Suctioning intake, sorting urgent from routine in the first five minutes.
• Build rapport with anxious patients before Pharmacology procedures, lowering both pulse and fear.
