• Hold the line on hand hygiene and isolation precautions even when the unit runs hot
• Recognize and escape changes in patient status promptly
• Stabilize trauma arrivals at Virginia Beach, VA, working the primary survey while the team assembles
• Track Conflict Resolution metrics on your panel and surface trends to the care team weekly
