Registered Nurse/Clinical Research Coordinator

Position Summary: As a Clinical Research Coordinator with a nursing background, you will play a critical role in the implementation and coordination of clinical trials. You'll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, deliver exceptional patient care, and contribute to groundbreaking research that shapes tomorrow’s treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials from initiation to close-out
2. Screen, recruit, and educate patients participating in research studies
3. Collect, record, and maintain accurate study data and documentation
4. Administer investigational products per protocol and monitor patient responses
5. Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, and IRB guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of 1–2 years clinical experience; research experience a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial regulations
