You will help design data collection tools, enter and clean study data, assist with reports to sponsors, and attend team meetings in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; or equivalent experience.
• Experience writing scientific correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills; excellent organizational skills; and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Windows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment; project management and coordination skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines on concurrent projects.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with patients, co-workers, & physicians.
• Ability to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and a record of exceptional performance meeting multiple deadlines for concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate one or more clinical studies across sites.
• Design flow sheets, data forms, source documents.
• Gather and interpret medical, surgical and lab data.
• Assure inclusion/exclusion criteria adherence.
• Help recruit, enroll, register, and retain study subjects.
• Record protocol treatments and ship samples.
• Maintain patient schedules and visit calendars.
• Enter and clean data in study databases.
• Assist with data analysis and reports.
• Attend team meetings.
