Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience performing clinical research duties in a clinical research environment.
• Experience with laboratory procedures and interpreting results to determine eligibility and toxicities.
• Experience with FDA policies regulating clinical trials.
• Experience completing clinical trials case report forms via hard copy and online.
• Experience with participant recruitment and study startup activities.
• Experience communicating with investigators, IRB, and sponsors.
• Knowledge of Velos, Access, Excel and MS Word.
• Experience in medical assessment and patient interviewing to determine toxicities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials including protocol management and data collection.
• Screen patients for eligibility and monitor adverse events and protocol deviations.
• Schedule visits and coordinate laboratory, data collection activities and specimen submissions.
• Maintain accurate clinical research files and patient research charts.
• Update study records in VELOS and liaise with investigators, IRB, and study sponsors.
• Interpret research protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
