Job summary

Accel Research Sites in Maitland, FL is seeking a qualified Clinical Research Coordinator to support multi-site Phase I–IV studies and ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations and SOPs. The CRC will coordinate patient visits, screenings, consents and data entry.

The role requires a Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, EMT credential, or an Associate’s degree with clinical research experience, plus strong organizational and communication skills to work with site staff and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, EMT or Associate’s degree with 1 year clinical research or clinical experience.
• Proficiency with basic clinical procedures (BP, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for study enrollment and obtain consents.
• Perform visits, follow-ups, and data entry in EDC.
• Maintain logs, manage supplies, and report adverse events.
