Job summary

Accel Research Sites is seeking a Traveling Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to ensure the execution of studies across multiple sites. You will screen patients, obtain consent, collect data, and manage source documentation while complying with GCP, ICH, FDA regulations, and SOPs.

You will support data entry, monitor visits, and coordinate with investigators, sites, and sponsors. The role requires flexibility for travel and strong clinical or research background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical research or clinical experience.
• 3+ years as Clinical Research Coordinator required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and preferred.
• Proficient with basic clinical procedures and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for study enrollment and obtain informed consent.
• Coordinate patient follow-up visits and data entry in EDC.
• Record vital signs, ECGs, and basic lab procedures per protocol.
• Maintain source documentation, logs, and study supplies.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and timely reporting of adverse events.
