Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of clinical research experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• General experience in clinical research or public health preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Support study operations under PI supervision, including recruitment, data collection, documentation, and scheduling.
• Assist with regulatory documents submission to IRB and maintain study documentation per ALCOA+ and SOPs.
• Support data management in EDC systems, data verification, and tracking of enrollment and milestones.
• Coordinate study logistics, specimen management, and preparation for initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Attend meetings with CRCs, CRNs, PIs, and sponsors; maintain communications and administrative duties as requested.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and research requirements.
