Job summary

The University of Arizona's HAB Lab is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to help lead a national study on facility dog programs and other lab projects in a multidisciplinary setting. The role involves participant recruitment, consent, scheduling, and coordination with collaborators in psychology, veterinary medicine, and clinical rehabilitation.

In-person position with responsibilities spanning recruitment, data collection, project management, documentation, and lab support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with REDCap and Qualtrics preferred, not required.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, and communicate with study participants remotely.
• Explain study details and obtain consent from participants.
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple studies.
• Process compensation and maintain data confidentiality.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, staffing, and external collaborators.
• Maintain project dashboards and track expenditures.
• Prepare IRB packets and ensure data security.
• Train student researchers and maintain lab space.
