Job summary

Alliance Clinical Network (ACN) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to support the conduct of clinical trials by coordinating study visits and collecting data while ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines.

The CRC works directly with participants, monitors health, and collaborates with the Principal Investigator to maintain study integrity and quality under Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy and EKG experience with a current CPT license.
• Associate degree in healthcare or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2 years in FDA regulations and GCP.
• Demonstrated analytical reasoning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven customer service with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study visits and collect data per protocol.
• Monitor participant health and safety throughout trials.
• Ensure GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare regulatory and startup documentation.
• Enter data into EDC systems and resolve queries.
• Assist with monitoring and site visits.
