Job Description:

The Clinical Research Assistant supports the daily administrative activities of the Clinical Trials Processing Laboratory (CTPL).

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with scheduling monitor visits.
2. Respond to data inquiries from Clinical Research Coordinators, sponsors, and labs.
3. Provide documentation needed by Clinical Research Coordinators.
4. Monitor inventory of daily kit supplies, place resupply orders, receive shipments, and organize supplies.
5. Maintain outlook calendar for patient appointments and assist with tube delivery and specimen pickup.
6. Follow up on daily patient status.
7. Perform other duties as assigned, including communication, report generation, training, and special projects.

Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications:

Experience in clinical research or related setting preferred; computer skills with Microsoft Office required; effective communication skills necessary.
