Job summary

North Shore Healthcare is seeking a reimbursement services leader to direct activities within a designated region. The role emphasizes analysis, strategy and process improvement to optimize financial and clinical outcomes.

You will collaborate with MDS professionals to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate has RN licensure with progressive leadership experience, knowledge of RAI regulations and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program and licensed RN in state of residence.
• At least three years of progression in responsibility and leadership.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations related to RAI, reimbursement and MDS processes.
• Proficiency with revenue, expenses and operating margins; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination of reimbursement services within a region.
• Analyze financial and clinical reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develop strategies and processes with MDS professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Offer expertise and guidance on policy adherence and regulatory guidelines.
