Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Home in Danvers, MA is seeking a Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator (RN/LPN) for a 24-hour/week, on-site role. You will manage MDS processes, review Medicare charts, and coordinate care documentation to support accurate reimbursement.

The ideal candidate holds MA RN or LPN license, has 1–3 years of reimbursement/MDS experience, and demonstrates confidentiality and professionalism in a post-acute setting. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or licensed practical nurse licensed in Massachusetts.
• 1–3 years of clinical reimbursement or MDS experience required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate MDS completion per state and federal regulations.
• Review Medicare charts to determine coverage and guide documentation.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss care planning.
• Provide information to Medicare intermediaries and other payers.
• Support PEN therapy forms and gastrostomy certifications as needed.
• Monitor bed utilization documentation and related records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
