Job summary

Integritus Healthcare seeks a Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator (RN/LPN) for its Danvers, MA location to manage MDS processes and reimbursement activities. This on-site, full-time role supports care planning and communication with Medicare providers, MassPro, and insurers.

A strong nursing license and prior MDS experience are required. The position offers competitive pay, a sign-on bonus for full-time, health coverage options, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare charts review and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with MDS and care planning documentation.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate MDS completion per state/federal regulations.
• Review Medicare charts to determine coverage and document for staff communication.
• Lead team meetings for care planning.
• Provide information to Medicare intermediaries and MassPro or other insurers.
• Perform PRI tasks as requested.
• Provide PEN Therapy forms and certifications for gastrostomy feedings.
• Monitor bed use documentation and related records.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
