Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships, manage a defined territory, and support patient assessments across our inpatient rehabilitation network in California. You’ll build partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, nurses, and payers to help patients access timely care while growing referrals.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license in state of employment and acceptable driving record.
• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop business census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face connections.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on our hospital programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Responds to and overcomes admission barriers and follows-up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations to various groups about our services and outcomes.
