Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Some college is preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience as a referral specialist in a medical office is required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to show initiative and decision-making skills is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral is required.
• Ability to operate office equipment, organize and manage workload with strong typing skills is required.
• Ability to handle matters with strict confidentiality is required.
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding performance in at team environment while providing a strong customer service focus is a must.
