Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is building a virtual pediatric chronic care clinic and is seeking a senior recruiting leader to run the clinical hiring engine. You will own end-to-end searches for physicians, APPs, and therapists, shaping recruiting processes, analytics, and strategy.

The role is remote-friendly with a data-driven, player-coach approach and offers equity, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and a flexible PTO policy to support professional development.
