Job description

About Clarity Pediatrics

Clarity Pediatrics is redefining pediatric chronic care in a fragmented $100B industry.
Clarity is fast emerging as one of the most innovative leaders in pediatric health. One in three American children has a common chronic condition like ADHD, anxiety, allergies, asthma, and obesity - yet families struggle to get timely, high-quality care. We scale virtual access to multi-specialty care, putting all the care a family needs in one place. We are turning a chaotic, fragmented and expensive care journey into a clear path forward.

Now is a great time to join - we just closed a substantial Series A, which means we have runway, ambition and a growing team. Since inception, we’ve raised $25M from leading VCs who invested early in category winners like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Alto Pharmacy, Strava, and Tia.

Our Culture

We're building a team of clinicians who are collaborative, curious, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Here's what you can expect:
  • Co-founded by a pediatric provider, with exceptional clinical leaders including licensed mental health providers in key roles shaping every major decision

  • Clinical model built to partner closely with referring providers

  • Multidisciplinary collaboration and robust case consultation opportunities

  • A diverse, inclusive, and mission-driven community where your voice matters

  • Access to expert clinical guidance from ADHD and anxiety specialists and researchers

  • Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and training

About the role:

In this high-impact role, you'll report to our Executive Clinical Leadership team and lead a growing team of behavioral health providers. You'll work closely with our operations partners to ensure care runs smoothly, while driving clinical quality, enhancing the patient experience, and helping to shape a mission-driven team and care model. • Natural leader who empowers teams and raises the bar

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master's-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

  • Active CA license with 7+ years post-licensure experience; open to or already holding multi-state licenses

  • Experience in pediatric behavioral health assessments assessment and evidence-based treatment

  • 3+ years managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture, and quality

  • Skilled in improving workflows, outcomes, and patient experience

  • Collaborative, proactive, and tech-savvy

  • Culturally responsive and committed to ongoing learning

  • Equipped for secure, remote work

What You'll Own:

Team Oversight and Leadership

  • Supervise and support a growing clinical team of psychologists and master's level providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

  • Lead with empathy, transparency, and accountability - fostering a clinical culture that engages and retains high-performing individuals and maintains accountability to performance standards.

  • Champion clinical excellence and uphold the highest ethical and regulatory standards across the team.

  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team with the flexibility to support last-minute scheduling changes when needed (e.g., provider coverage or group rescheduling), as you help us build toward a more scalable, fully staffed model. This may include:

    • Conducting diagnostic assessments

    • Leading new patient intake appointments

    • Facilitating group therapy for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, co-occurring Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety and more!
