Job summary

Tailwind Care is a remote-first pediatric metabolic health startup seeking a Clinical Recruiter to source and hire clinicians. You will own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer management, partnering with leadership to build recruiting infrastructure.

We require 3+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience, preferably in telehealth or virtual care. This role offers ownership to shape our recruiting function as the company grows and scales with the team.
