Thriveworks Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join the Clinical Talent Team. This remote role involves sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers for experienced clinical professionals to staff our growing organization.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of healthcare recruiting experience and proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and G Suite. The role requires strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education/experience.
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience with recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Experience with G Suite software.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates' resumes and verify qualifications.
• Identify high-priority openings and source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc.
• Conduct 25–30 interviews per week and determine best fit across Talk Therapy.
• Follow up and close on offers and assist with onboarding.
• Utilize ATS (WorkDay or equivalent) for tracking candidates in real-time.
