Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to help build high-performing clinical teams across CIRH/IRH locations. You will partner with hospital leaders and the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver exceptional talent for RNs, nursing assistants, and other clinical roles.

You will own full lifecycle recruitment, post and manage requisitions via our ATS and external boards, source candidates through networks and referrals, and travel to assigned hospitals as needed to ensure staffing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Progressive experience in Human Resources and/or recruitment.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and internet-based recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven recruiter to support full life‑cycle hiring for Registered Nurses, Nursing Assistants, and a variety of clinical roles across our CIRH/IRH locations. You will partner closely with hospital leaders and the Talent Acquisition Manager to bring exceptional clinical talent into our organization.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Recruiter, you will:

• Partner with hospital leadership to forecast and understand clinical staffing needs.
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer delivery.
• Post and maintain requisitions through our ATS, as well as external job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and nurse‑specific sites.
• Actively source candidates through professional networks, database searches, referral programs, and innovative recruitment channels.
• Stay informed of emerging technology, recruitment trends, and best practices to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
• Support recruitment marketing efforts and explore creative strategies to strengthen Select Medical’s clinical employer brand.
• Help plan and participate in open houses, hiring events, and off‑site recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with a talented and supportive recruiting team to share ideas, improve processes, and celebrate wins.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous progressive experience in Human Resources and/or recruitment.
• Strong proficiency in computer applications, ATS platforms, and internet-based recruiting tools.
• Ability to travel to assigned hospitals as needed.
• A proactive, relationship-focused recruiter with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people with meaningful clinical careers.
