Job summary

Geode Health, a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services, is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to support hiring PMHNP or Psych PA talent and Mental Health Therapy recruitment in the South, primarily GA.

The ideal candidate will own the full recruiting cycle, build a strong candidate network, and partner with hiring managers to ensure top qualified candidates. Join a mission-driven team transforming mental healthcare access and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Clinical/Healthcare professional recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS Workday Recruiting.
• Knowledge of mental health space preferred.
• Proven ability to generate candidate flow via sourcing, referral generation and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking and referral generation.
• Own and drive the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. We aspire for every applicant to leave feeling valued and respected, whether the get the job, or not.
• Partner with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and present the top qualified candidate slate.
• Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
• Build long term pipelines of talent for the hires we need today, and tomorrow. As one Provider nears capacity, we are ready to add in another.
• Pre-close and close candidates with transparency to the business on likelihood to close of those we are ready to bring on.
• It is recruiting, you know the drill.

Clinical Recruiter (Advanced Practice Providers/Mental Health Therapist)

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of Clinical/Healthcare professional recruitment experience.
• Application tracking system utilization. Yes, we will expect you to enter recruiting life cycle information in our ATS, Workday Recruiting.
• Knowledge of mental health space preferred.
• Proven ability to generate candidate flow via sourcing, referral. generation and marketing.
• A realistic assessment of the best fit, for them and us.
