Job summary

Honor Community Health in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for patients, manage check-in/out, and support a high-performing care team. The role emphasizes friendliness, accuracy, and a welcoming patient experience.

You will work Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm, using EPIC EMR and standard office software to schedule, document, and coordinate with clinicians while maintaining confidentiality and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of customer service or clinical receptionist experience required.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EPIC preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent patient experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, positive attitude with patient-focused mindset.

Honor Community Health is a 501c3 Federally Qualified Health Center co-located within 20 locations. Our mission is to provide for the health and wellness needs of the underserved of Oakland County through the provision of comprehensive, integrated primary, behavioral health, and dental care. Position Description

The full-time, non-exempt Clinical Receptionist reports to the Practice Manager or Lead Medical Assistant. The Clinical Receptionist plays a crucial role in the high-performing healthcare team at Honor Community Health, serving as the primary point of contact for patients during their visits. Works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality health care to all. This position is located in Pontiac, MI. Our standard hours are Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
