Job summary
Avalon Care Center at Northpointe in Spokane, WA is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. You will conduct nutrition assessments, create individualized plans, and monitor residents’ nutritional progress to support health outcomes and quality of life.
Ideal candidates hold a Registered Dietitian credential and have clinical nutrition experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for collaboration with nursing, therapy, and dietary staff
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian required or credentialed
- Clinical nutrition experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans
- Monitor residents' nutritional needs and progress
- Collaborate with nurses, therapy staff, providers, and dietary services
- Support compliance with nutrition and regulatory standards
- Provide nutrition education and guidance to staff and residents
- Help improve resident health, wellness, and quality outcomes
