Job summary

Trinity Health Corp. is seeking a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist to lead site and region-wide quality and patient safety projects for Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital.

You will apply project management, evidence-based practice, and data analysis to drive positive outcomes. The role requires coordinating education, measurement, and communication to promote a culture of quality, collaborating with clinical leaders to set charters,

Qualifications

Master's degree in nursing or Allied Health Profession.
2+ years of quality experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Experience working with externally-reported data (CMS Star Rating, US News and World Report, Leapfrog).

Responsibilities

Lead site and region-wide clinical quality and patient safety improvement initiatives with measurable results.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver education on project management, quality improvement, and patient safety to teams.
Establish metrics, monitor progress, analyze data, and provide recommendations to leaders.
Communicate progress and results through verbal, slide, and written formats to internal and external stakeholders.
