Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/BSN or equivalent clinical degree required.
• Process improvement certification or in-training within 12 months.
• Experience with hospital quality measures and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration with physicians and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data collection for clinical quality measures.
• Identify improvement opportunities via statistical analysis.
• Lead or support local process improvement projects.
• Develop data collection and analysis plans at the local level.
• Educate staff and physicians on improvement techniques.
• Mentor team members and ensure inter-rater reliability in data.
• Collaborate with enterprise quality and safety programs.
• Ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality patient care.
