Qualifications

• 4+ years of Clinical LPN experience.
• 2+ years navigating electronic medical records.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must have dedicated private work area with data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support and facilitate improvement projects.
• Coordinate education/training for physicians and clinical staff.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and evaluate patient experience initiatives.
• Support lean principles and standard work across care teams.
