Job summary

You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care, while maintaining accurate EHR documentation and collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice in North Carolina.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Licensed to practice in the state where clinical services are provided.

Responsibilities

• Engages in nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate.
• Uses evidence-based practices to improve care and patient outcomes.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and promotes patient safety culture.
• May float to other units within the designated service area as needed.
• Demonstrates communication and collaboration with patients, families, and care teams.
