Qualifications

• BLS certification is required; telehealth licensure may apply as needed.
• Typically requires 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Administers medications and therapies per clinical protocols when needed.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Floats to other units/departments as required to meet patient needs.
• Demonstrates strong communication and conflict resolution within the team.
• Pursues ongoing professional development and maintains certifications.
