Job summary

MSD in the United States invites applications for the Future Talent Program internship within Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO). The CQO organization provides quality oversight for clinical trials, helping ensure patient safety, data integrity and regulatory compliance across the region.

Interns will engage with multiple CQO levels to lead or support projects that improve quality planning, risk assessment and inspection readiness, with a hybrid, up-to-12-week schedule starting May or June

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a science-related discipline.
• Available to work full-time for up to 12 weeks starting May or June 2027.
• Completed at least 2 years of collegiate study by June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support CQO team with quality operations for trials.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and process improvements.
• Develop tools to enhance risk assessment, quality planning, and inspection readiness.
• Support benchmarking activities for quality deliverables.
• Develop capstone presentation detailing internship activities and deliverables.
