Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a remote QC & Data Management Specialist to ensure precise review of study charts and accurate data entry into eCRF/CRF systems. The role involves identifying missing data, reporting discrepancies, and collaborating with CRCs, QC Managers, and sponsor teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in clinical research, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. The position supports a fully remote work model with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3+ years in clinical or biological research.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
• Detail oriented, organized, able to work independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Review study charts per SOPs, report missing/discrepant data.
• Enter data into eCRF/CRF accurately and timely.
• Flag discrepancies to CRC and QC Manager promptly.
• Attend SIV meetings and sponsor monitor visits as needed.
• Resolve data queries thoroughly and quickly.
• Assist with training onboarding procedures.
