Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treats patients using standard physical therapy procedures (heat, cold, electrical modalities, traction, ultrasound, exercise).
• Evaluates motor and neurological capabilities and documents findings.
• Develops home exercise programs and provides family instruction at discharge.
• Co-signs notes and mentors staff; participates in interdisciplinary meetings.
