Maximus Federal is seeking a Clinical Psychometrist, LCSW to support psychological and neuropsychological assessments for active-duty SOF personnel. You will administer and score standardized tests under supervision to inform diagnostic formulation and duty-readiness determinations.

The role requires an active U.S. security clearance or eligibility, and favors candidates with military/SOF experience and licensure in psychology/social work.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of related experience in psychological testing and scoring.
• Current LCSW or LMSW license valid in the state of practice.
• Board Certified Psychometrist (BCP) or ability to obtain within one year.

Description & RequirementsMaximus is seeking a Clinical Psychometrist, LCSW (POTFF) to support psychological and neuropsychological assessment services for active-duty members assigned to Special Operations Forces (SOF). The Psychometrist administers and scores standardized assessments to evaluate cognitive, psychological, and emotional functioning. Working under the supervision of credentialed and privileged psychologists, operational psychologists, or neuropsychologists, this position supports diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, duty-readiness determinations, and the broader POTFF mission to enhance performance, resilience, and cognitive readiness.U.S. citizenship is required.
