SENS Psychology is a boutique psychotherapy and consulting practice offering true flexibility, high compensation, and growth opportunities. This remote-friendly role supports clinicians who want to do serious clinical work while growing beyond the therapy hour.

We work with high-achieving individuals and couples, including founders and professionals, delivering thoughtful care with autonomy and potential equity opportunities as the practice expands into psych tech and platform development.

Qualificações

• Licensed or license-eligible psychologist (preferred).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field.
• Experience with adult individual psychotherapy.
• Licensable in DC/Virginia and/or PsyPact.
• Full-time or part-time (10-hour minimum).
• Highly flexible scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychotherapy (primarily online; fully remote possible).
• For full-time clinicians: contribute to writing, content, or app development during non-clinical time.
