Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant professional experience in clinical trials.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting clinical research, project coordination, or related functions preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project files, records, reports, and documentation in accordance with SOPs.
• Conduct periodic reviews of project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and track project communications, documents, materials, and supplies.
• Update internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies in project tracking or billing data.
• Prepare and distribute project status, tracking, and financial reports.
• Support project managers with budget tracking and invoice processing.
• Develop presentation materials and project summary reports for meetings.
• Coordinate project team and client meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
• Collaborate with project support teams to ensure consistency across processes.
• Serve as backup contact for project teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with project management activities as assigned.
• Build and maintain relationships with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
