Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives within our Clinical Solutions team, primarily supporting oncology and cardiology studies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and accountability, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in clinical research or project coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
Experience in pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
Therapeutic area experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automation.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.
Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
