Immortals in Los Angeles seeks a Clinical Project Manager to coordinate ambitious personalized health and longevity programs. You will sit at the center of the clinical team working with physicians, scientists, laboratories, vendors, and internal teams to turn complex initiatives into executable plans.

You will manage diagnostics, experiments, lab workflows, and maintain a single source of truth across dozens of projects while driving clarity, timelines, and accountability in a fast-moving

Formación

• 5+ years in project management or clinical research.
• Strong scientific and clinical literacy.
• End-to-end project ownership demonstrated.
• Exceptional organizational detail and multi-stream management.
• Excellent written communication in a fast-moving team.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience in health/biotech/clinical research domains.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of clinical projects with physicians, researchers, labs and vendors.
• Convert ambiguous initiatives into concrete plans with milestones and owners.
• Maintain a single source of truth across meetings, communications and systems.
• Manage timelines with external partners and dependencies.
• Translate research into actionable next steps.
• Improve workflows and documentation while avoiding bureaucracy.
