Immortals in Los Angeles leads autonomous health initiatives, turning complex clinical data into actionable plans. We seek a Clinical Project Manager to coordinate physicians, researchers, labs, vendors, and internal teams, turning ambitious objectives into executable programs.

You will own timelines, maintain a single source of truth, and drive AI-enabled workflows while maintaining high standards and clear communication across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, clinical research, healthcare operations, biotech, life sciences, or consulting.
• Strong scientific and clinical literacy; communicate with clinicians and researchers.
• Own complex projects end to end, from ambiguous problem to finished outcome.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail across many workstreams.
• Excellent written communication in a small, fast-moving team.
• High agency and comfort operating with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of clinical and scientific projects with physicians, researchers, labs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Turn ambiguous initiatives into concrete milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain a clear source of truth across meetings, Slack, email, and project systems.
• Manage timelines with external partners whose deliverables projects depend on.
• Research clinical problems from first principles and translate into actionable steps.
• Improve workflows and AI-enabled processes while avoiding bureaucracy.
