Job summary

St. Luke’s is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the management of projects and programs.

Under direct supervision, you will utilize SLHS-standard processes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with customer expectations. You will plan and schedule tasks, manage project financials, risk, change control, and status reporting, and maintain cross-functional communication with the project team and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes SLHS-standard project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned responsibilities within projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
• Plans, schedules, and ensures timely completion of assigned work with projects and programs, including project financials, risk management, change control, vendor status tracking, status reporting and action items for the lifecycle of projects and programs.
• Maintains and helps facilitate on-going communication within the project/program team as well as with various external stakeholders.
• Maintains accountability to the project/program manager/director through status reports and updates as required. Communicates needs and risks to successful and timely project completion as they arise.
• Maintains and makes available project information for use by the project/program team, leadership, and other stakeholders within and without the assigned project using project management software, and other tools.
• Creates and drafts project/program documentation including presentations, memos, minutes, flowcharts, email correspondence and other communication methods.
• Provides orientation and training information to SLHS employees, contractors, consultants, vendors and other external entities to facilitate navigation of SLHS processes and expectations.
• Assists tracking and cross-coordination of dependencies within and between projects and programs.
• Possesses demonstrable knowledge of the SLHS and other project/program policies, procedures, and practices.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
