Job summary

Atria Health in New York seeks a Clinical Programs & Operations Manager to architect scalable specialty care infrastructure spanning clinical operations, care delivery, finance, technology, and growth strategy.

This high-ownership role requires building from ground up, with Year 1 priorities including standardizing workflows, developing scalable delivery infrastructure, and creating financial frameworks to ensure programs are sustainable and measurable. Onsite five days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or enterprise project leadership.
• Experience at a startup or high-growth healthcare practice.
• Strong analytics, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable workflows across specialties and standardize SOPs.
• Develop referral, intake, and escalation processes.
• Build and maintain order sets, templates, labs, imaging, and device workflows.
• Define staffing models and licensure coverage strategy across states.
• Collaborate with Product to streamline OS workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure financial sustainability of programs.
