Job description

About Atria

The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee.

Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.

After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.?

About the role

We are looking for sharp Clinical Programs & Operations Manager someone who can create scalable specialty care infrastructure from the ground up, not simply maintain existing processes. The position sits at the intersection of clinical operations, care delivery, finance, technology, and growth strategy, ensuring Atria can expand specialty programs and new markets while maintaining a high-touch member experience and operational excellence.

This is a high-ownership role. You will build from scratch, not maintain. Year 1 priorities:

  • Standardize and operationalize workflows across specialty programs
  • Build scalable care delivery infrastructure to support growth across new specialties and markets
  • Develop operational and financial frameworks that ensure specialty programs are scalable, measurable, and financially sustainable

The role also owns specialty-level financial performance, managing program budgets and P&Ls, modeling utilization and capacity, and ensuring new offerings are operationally sound and financially sustainable.

What you’ll do

Care Delivery Operations

  • Design and standardize clinical workflows, SOPs, and operational playbooks across specialties
  • Develop referral workflows, intake pathways, and escalation processes
  • Build and maintain order sets, templates, labs, imaging, and device workflows
  • Design clinical intake templates and specialty-specific documentation standards
  • Manage lab logistics including add-on testing, redraw coordination, missing results, and kit workflows
  • Track referral funnel performance, scheduling conversion, and operational KPIs
  • Partner with clinical leadership to design consent forms and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Identify inefficiencies and continuously optimize specialty care delivery models
  • Define staffing model with capacity thresholds
  • Ensure cross state licensure coverage strategy
  • Partner with Product to streamline OS workflows
Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or enterprise project leadership. Experience at a startup, growth-stage company, or high-growth healthcare practice
  • Proven track record in managing high-impact initiatives and optimizing clinical/operational workflows across multiple teams.
  • Strong proficiency with data analytics, KPI dashboarding, and performance monitoring systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (certification preferred).
Deep understanding of EHRs (Athena preferred), digital health tools, and healthcare business operations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be okay onsite 5 days a week

At Atria, we are proud to offer every member of the Atria team:

  • Excellent health and wellness benefits, fully covered by Atria, effective date of hire
  • OneMedical membership for employees & dependents, giving access to 24/7 virtual care
  • Fertility & family planning
  • Company-covered preventive health screenings through partner hospitals (calcium score)
  • Fitness Perks, including Wellhub +
  • 401k contributions and 4% match starting after 6 months
  • Flexible Time Off
  • Continuing medical education (CME) and CEU support for professional licensure
  • Time to give back and make an impact in underserved communities
