Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a clinical operations leader to helm an enterprise program that identifies, communicates, tracks, and closes the loop on actionable radiology findings. You will reduce loss-to-follow-up risk, improve patient safety, and standardize follow-up workflows across service lines.

The role partners with radiology, nursing, quality, informatics, and IT to drive performance, regulatory compliance, and scalable processes for AI-enabled workflows and future diagnostic use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a clinical discipline.
• Master's degree preferred in healthcare/informatics/administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise program for clinically significant actionable findings, coordinating with radiology, IT, and quality to improve workflows and patient care.
• Accountable for program performance, workflow design, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and expansion across service lines.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Physician Assistant Studies, Health Informatics, or related clinical discipline

Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Informatics, or Business Administration
