Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a coordinator to manage actionable findings from radiology, AI, and other diagnostics. You will oversee identification through closure, ensuring timely provider notification, patient communication, and thorough follow-up.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in a clinical field, 3 years of clinical healthcare experience, and Epic or similar EHR experience. Licensure such as RN/ARRT/LPN/PA is accepted, with preferred experience in radiology or care coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a clinical healthcare field is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical healthcare field is preferred.
• 3 years of clinical healthcare experience is required.
• Experience using Epic or other electronic health records is required.
• Experience in radiology, pulmonary medicine, oncology, care coordination, navigation, or quality improvement is preferred.
• Experience with incidental findings programs is preferred.
• Experience working with patient outreach and follow-up workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

The coordinator serves as the operational owner of assigned findings from identification through closure, ensuring timely provider notification, patient communication, documentation, and follow-up completion. This role functions as the central point of coordination among providers, patients, specialists, and support services.

Qualifications

Education

• Associate's Degree in a clinical healthcare field Required

Work Experience

• 3 years of clinical healthcare experience Required
• Experience using Epic or other electronic health records. Required

Licenses and Certifications
