Job summary

ICL is seeking an Associate Program Director to oversee residential mental health services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.

The role supports the Program Director, directs staff, ensures quality care, manages intake, treatment plans, and collaboration with community resources.

It also involves leadership, supervision, budget oversight, and continuous program improvement within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or administrative experience.
• QMHS qualifications per OMH Part 593.
• Experience with co-existing substance abuse for certain programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical treatment services in the director's absence and oversee service plans.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Oversee intake and pre-placement processes and assessments.
• Provide clinical oversight and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate treatment services with residential and community resources.
• Assist in personnel management, budgeting, and staff development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in QA processes.
