Job summary

Sierra Health and Wellness seeks a Clinical Services Supervisor (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) to lead the clinical team and ensure high-quality client care. The role provides individual and group therapy, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis response, while supporting program operations and staff development.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating care with partners, ensuring documentation in the electronic health record, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state-registered mental health professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Master’s degree in psychology or social work or related field; 2+ years in drug/alcohol counseling may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and schedule staff; participate in hiring and performance management.
• Provide training, coaching, and professional development; address performance issues.
• Deliver mental health and substance use treatment; provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Assess client progress; participate in treatment and aftercare planning with the team.
• Coordinate care with outside agencies and community partners.
• Respond to clinical emergencies; document in the EHR; maintain confidentiality.
• Review charts for quality and compliance; evaluate program effectiveness.
