Responsibilities include directing crisis interventions, monitoring caseloads, ensuring compliant documentation, and coordinating across departments to improve outcomes. Requires a Master’s in a mental health field and CT licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or Licensed Psychologist).

Qualifications

• Masters degree in mental health related field required.
• Minimum 3–5 years as a Clinician; supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensure in CT: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist; LADC substitutions possible.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical direction and leadership within the team.
• Ensures services align with presenting problems and client requests.
• Directs crisis intervention efforts as needed.
• Monitors caseloads and utilization of services.
• Oversees hiring, training and performance of staff.
• Ensures timely, compliant documentation and reporting.
