Zusammenfassung

CHR is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Outpatient Therapist for the Adult Outpatient Program in Willimantic, CT. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with Monday–Friday 8AM–4:30PM schedules.

Associated duties include therapy across group, individual, and family modalities, plus clinical and risk assessments and coordination with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate holds a CT-licensed degree in behavioral health (LCSW or equivalent) and has experience with evidence-based practices.

Qualifikationen

• Must have license with Masters or Doctorate in behavioral health.
• Experience with assessment and treatment for mental illness/substance use disorders preferred.
• LCSW or equivalent license to practice psychotherapy in CT; LMSW/LCSW for MSW staff.

Aufgaben

• Provide evidence-based group, individual, family, and intensive outpatient therapy.
• Perform clinical and risk assessments and refer to appropriate services and levels of care.
• Document client services and activities in the electronic health record; perform related tasks.
• Participate in supervision, staff and team meetings, and required trainings.
• Collaborate with client’s healthcare providers and social service agencies; maintain documentation per standards.
