Job summary

Catholic Charities is seeking a Clinical Department Specialist to support the Chief Clinical Officer in aligning care and administering clinical programs across eight counties. You will help guide quality, engage clinical staff, and advance a culture of excellence.

The role emphasizes supervision, staff training, and ensuring documentation and reporting compliance, with opportunities to participate in trauma-informed care initiatives and system-wide behavioral health strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in supervision/program management.
• Licensure as LISW-S or LPCC-S or IMFT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in integrating and aligning care across the system.
• Assist in administration and oversight of clinical programs across eight counties.
• Provide clinical and operational trainings to deliver high-value care.
