Job summary

Compass Health, the region's largest private, non-profit provider of mental health and chemical dependency services in Western Washington, seeks a Clinical Program Assistant. The role supports clinical staff with clerical tasks, scheduling, data entry, and records management across San Juan County programs.

The position emphasizes privacy, accuracy, and responsive client service. You will assist reception, client inquiries, and coordination of meetings while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include an additional DSHS search.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Enter client service records and registrations weekly.
• Maintain staff time records and monthly staffing schedules.
• Coordinate program purchasing and office supplies.
• Record admissions and discharges for reports.
• Track and implement changes to office policies and procedures.
• Collect and organize data for reports.
• Manage mail distribution and coordinate meetings.
